IÂ have been an operator for quite sometime, there are years that i have been inactive because of other responsibilities, but i see to it and peek once in a while my status as a license operator privilege has not expired.
I consider this as once in a lifetime privilege, although you can take the test and pass it again, but its not the same as the first time you made it… i took this because, one – its a privilege, second its a lifetime hobby, and the rest are the experiences that builds within the hobby as an amateur radio operator…Â
Depending on how you manage your life style, a hobby of this kind is more interesting and challenging. The fact that you are talking to a global communication is the most and greatest privilege you can attain as a ham radio operator.
